Sales Recruitment Agency is a recruiting firm that works only on sales roles. Our office is at 1017 N 6th St, Suite 300, Kansas City, KS 66101, and from there we recruit for employers across the United States. We handle direct hire, contract, temporary and remote sales searches.
We take sales hiring off your desk so your managers can keep selling. You can meet our team in Kansas City or work with us by phone and video. The office is open Monday to Friday, 6am to 5pm Central.
How we recruit salespeople
Each search starts with a consultation on your goals, your culture and your sales targets. We then build a sourcing plan that covers active job seekers and the passive candidates in our network and databases. Before we present anyone, we look at past quota attainment, sales cycle length and territory or account fit.
Finalists go through behavioral interviews and role-play or simulation exercises. We coordinate interviews and handle the compensation conversation between you and the candidate. After the hire we stay in touch with both sides to deal with early questions.
